What is your return policy on cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel and unused components in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built frames are final sale.
Do Wilde Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our framesets are backed by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure you can ride with total confidence.
Can I choose a custom component group for my bike?
Absolutely. While we offer standard builds, we specialize in custom configurations. Contact our build team to discuss specific drivetrains, wheelsets, or cockpit setups.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship frames and components worldwide. For complete bikes, please contact us for a custom freight quote to your specific country.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We recommend a final safety check by a professional mechanic.
