At Wilde Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
